Our story begins in January 1995, when Ofer Amiel opened his first jewelry store at The Cove Shopping Center in Deerfield Beach. The venture was an immediate success, leading to expansion within four years. Ofer acquired the adjacent building, effectively doubling the store's size. After two decades of substantial growth, Ofer received an irresistible offer to purchase his established jewelry business. Two years later, he founded Davas Diamond Buyers Inc., the parent company of Davas Jewelers. 'Davas' is a nickname Ofer affectionately gave to his youngest son, inspired by the color of his curly hair. In 2024, Ofer secured the lease for his current location in West Wind Plaza, Boca Raton, Florida, nestled between Home Depot and Publix. Due to his exceptional customer relationships, his loyal clientele followed him to each new location, a testament to the unwavering trust he cultivates. Some of his clients, now in their 90s, entrust him with serving their grandchildren. Ofer's guiding principle is, 'It's nice to make a sale, but it's much nicer to make a customer.' This philosophy ensures that every individual who enters his store leaves satisfied, feeling valued and treated fairly.
